Return Policy
With all handmade gowns, while care can be taken, we can't completely avoid minor issues that may arise. However, please rest assured that if there is a problem with our gowns in the incorrect size, color, or style, you will receive a refund! We hope you can understand that if it is your fault, you will need to take some responsibility. Any questions that arise during the process can be answered for you by contacting us via email.
Customers need to pay attention to:
1.For accessories, we do not accept returns. Please note that accessories are final sale.
2.For customized and plus size orders, we are sorry that we cannot accept returns because of the special nature of the order even if they are returned, we will not be able to sell them in the future.
3.If you only need one dress, please do not order more than one dress and return the others you do not like. Because all dresses are made after payment, it is hard to sell them even if you return them.
4.We do not support customers ordering multiple dresses to try on at home and then keep one and return the rest.
5.We do not accept the practice of buying the same dress in different sizes, receiving the dresses for comparison and then returning the rest, please understand.
Return Process:
1.If there is any problem with the clothes you receive, you should contact us within 7 days (from the date of receipt of the item).
2.You need to provide pictures to prove the problem in as much detail as possible, we will take pictures of this dress before shipping to avoid fraud.
3.We are unable to process any returned products without our approval. If you wish to return part or all of your order, you will need to contact customer service and obtain a return address by contacting us. Any return without our approval is not eligible for a refund or exchange. PLEASE NOTE: The address on the package you receive is not our return address, please do not use the address on the package!!!! Please do not use the address on the package because it is only the address of a transfer station or a shipping agent, which will not receive any returned items.
4.We only accept products in their original condition. Returned items must be in their original condition with no wear, tear or odor. If you are returning an item, please provide detailed order number + tracking number + logistics or shipping method.
5.Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer. Please note:We don't have any return label!!!!
6.If you used a promo code or discount in the original transaction, the refund amount will be reduced by an amount equal to the value of the discount used. Refunds will be made after we receive the returned dress (shipping and expedited order service fees are non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee will be charged, deducted based on the specific cost for higher priced, intricately beaded, sequinned, and embroidered styles) We will not be responsible for the costs associated with the return of the product if you return it.
7.All returned dresses must be inspected. Refunds will be processed when we confirm that the product has the problem you have mentioned. After we have processed your refund, it usually takes 10-15 working days for the funds to be returned to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee. Once we receive the returned gowns, we will review and process the refund within 2-3 business days.
Please rest assured that our workers have rich experience in making dresses, we will make a dress to your satisfaction, please trust us. Besides, we have professional and considerate after-sale service, so you don't need to worry about after-sale problems. We will deal with it properly and make you satisfied.
